Talk to us early in your planning process – We don’t mind, whatever your budget or objective, the sooner we talk, the better we work with you to design a golf themed event tailored to your every need.
Set clear objectives - Whatever your golf themed event, be sure to set objectives – Whether you’re here to celebrate, brain storm, raise funds, reward employees, or increase your visibility, have this in mind so we can help you reach these goals.
Set a date – It’s crucial that you reserve a date asap – This way we can guarantee a favorable slot on the calendar and all parties involved can then be coordinated from the start.
Work with your Willow Ridge Event Planner – They really do enjoy their work and you’ll benefit from their experience and passion for the club.
Use the Willow Ridge planning tools - Your event package will include a detailed check list with key milestones to guide you as you plan your event... It's detailed, and effective.
Pay attention to the details - Activities, Budget, Guests, Menus, Presenters, Prizes, Schedules – There are many details, both large and small that need to be covered and we help you cover them all.
Make your Menu Contemporary and Cutting Edge - Working with Executive Chef, Steven Muchtin, your event will be savored, and the most challenging palates delighted.
Work with proven partners – We work with a comprehensive network of proven local businesses, from florists to meeting moderators, we only work with the best.
Include all your guests - Don’t forget non-golf activities (tennis or swimming) – At Willow Ridge, we can provide an invigorating experience for those off the greens.
Accessibility for All – We’re a convenient drive within the tri-state area, close to all local airports with Amtrak serving the Eastern Corridor only 10 minutes away. If necessary, we can even arrange transportation.

Course Rules and Regulations - To Optimize Your Experience
Like all clubs, we do have rules and regulations. These are designed to ensure you and your guests are safe and enjoy their day:
Attire
• Men may wear golf slacks or Bermuda shorts with collared shirts or turtle necks.
• Ladies may wear golf or Capri pants, skirts or golf shorts with collared t-shirts.
• Jeans, bathing suits, tank tops and short shorts/skirts are not allowed.
Footwear
• Flat soled shoes or golf shoes with soft spikes help preserve our greens.
Cell Phones
• Are welcome, but please keep them on vibrate.
• Calls can be taken, but please step away from occupied areas.
